Shipping and Handling

Order processing is 1-3 business days for in stock items. Occasionally and due to popularity items may be on back order or discontinued without notice. We attempt to keep all information on the website up to date. If an item was paid for but has become out of stock before your order has been filled, we will issue a refund to you.

All prices are subject to change.

We ship orders via Canadian Post and FedEx all items where applicable are insured. We do not ship to AFO/FPO addresses. When your order has been shipped, we will email you with the tracking number if applicable. Deliveries may also take longer during holidays and special dates.

We ship all orders to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase, we accept no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address or change of address.

If for any reason your package has been returned to New Awakening and you wish it to be resent, you will be charged a reshipping cost by weight.

All sale items are final sale.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through PayPal or if you do not have a PayPal account you can use your Credit Card, just click PayPal and it will take you to another screen where you have the option of paying with your Credit Card and not going through Paypal.

Returns

Please contact us by email before making a return, see Contact Page.

You the customer are responsible for shipping back your returned order.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise they must be prepaid, insured and have a copy of the invoice and in the original packaging and unused.

We will refund the cost of the items but not the shipping.

When we receive your returned item we will process the refund (in the same fashion you paid).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or give refunds on items that have been opened or possibly used such as fragrant oils, herbs, Incense and smudge. Please return the package in a secure cardboard box and insure it, we are not responsible for items that are returned damaged.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has been shipped to you.

Loss of Items

Please contact us immediately should you experience loss or damage to your order. We will do our utmost to work with you to locate your package as all our orders have tracking and are shipped with insurance. If a claim is required and as soon as the carrier has accepted the claim, you will receive a refund for the damaged/lost items.

Privacy Policy

New Awakening respects the privacy of every customer and supplier. The personal information provided to us will only be collected and disclosed and used in accordance with this policy statement, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Herbs 

We do not give out any medical advice regarding herbs or teas nor do we claim to cure any type of ailment. Please seek medical advice before using any of these products. Statements and products throughout this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada.

Oils

All products must be used at the customers own discretion. New Awakening shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.
